Chiropractor helps restore motion
Question: Will chiropractic adjustments make my back too loose?
Answer: No, chiropractic adjustments are given only to those joints that are "locked together" or too tight. A chiropractor will use various methods to determine which vertebral joints are not moving properly in relation to other joints in the spine.
These "fixated" or "subluxated" joints are usually the cause of pinched nerves or inflammation, which can lead to sciatica, carpal tunnel syndrome, digestive disorders, back pain and numerous health problems throughout the body.
An adjustment to these joints helps restore their normal motion and position, thereby freeing up any interrupted spinal nerves. Chiropractic adjustments won't make your back "too loose" but will restore its normal range of motion.
